Abstract:The relation between the tube wall thickness reduction of the heat exchange tubes of a heat exchanger after hydraulic expanded joint and the residual contact pressure at the contact surface was studied using elastic load off method, and the relation between the tube wall thickness reduction of the nozzle of the hydraulic expanded joint and the pulling force of the nozzle was derived.
