基于风电场最大风速情况对风机基础的优化设计

摘    要:由于风电场一般均建在风向较固定区域,风机基础的受力往往出现偏心极大方向和极小方向。针对此种情况,并结合风电场风资源特性,考虑各风机点位特点,论文提出"最大风速玫瑰图"概念,给出了风机基础设计的新思路,并通过"最大风速玫瑰图"将常规圆形、八边形基础,优化为矩形基础,使风机基础受力性能更好,有效减少基础混凝土量,同时节省项目建设时间。

Abstract:Wind farms are generally built in the fixed wind area, so there appears eccentric great direction and minimal direction in the wind turbine foundation. Taking such case into account, considering the wind resource characteristics, and I considered of the characteristics of each turbine foundation, so created "the maximum wind speed mses",a new concept in wind turbine foundation design, and with this new roses, we improved the conventional circular, octagonal turbine foundation to the optimized rectangular foundation, this new rectangular foundation has better mechanical performance, we can reducing the amount o fconcrete effectively, while saving time of the project at the same time.
