EPC项目管理模式研究

摘    要:分析了EPC交钥匙工程的建设模式,其优点在于简化业主的管理工作,承包商单一,责任明确,风险分担。施工建造是EPC项目的核心,承包商应组建项目经理负责制的施工项目部现场办公。施工管理工作的原则是标准有章可循,执行有据可查,操作有人负责,过程有人监督,结果数据说话。

Abstract:The EPC turnkey construction mode was analyzed. Its advantages are that the owner management work is simplified, the contractor is single, the responsibility is definite, and the risk is shared. The construction is the core of EPC project. The contractor must set up project department with project manager responsibility system to work at sit. The principles of the construction management work are the standard is rule-based, the execution is documented well, someone is answer for the operation, the process is supervised by someone, and the result is based on the data.
