软饮料中糖的测定

摘    要:应用高效液相色谱法测定了国外8种软饮料中的果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖和异麦芽糖的含量。测定时,将折光检测器与质量检测器串接联用,以折光检测器测定含量高的糖,以质量检测器测定含量低的糖。异麦芽糖的检出可以证实该软饮料以玉米糖浆作甜味剂。

Abstract:Fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose, and isomaltose contents were determined for eight different soft drinks. Analysis for the sugars was performed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a differential refractive index (RI) detector and a mass detector connected in series. The mass detector measured sugars that were at low levels, while the RI detector measured sugars that were at high levels. The presence of isomaltose may be used as indicators of the corn syrup as sweetener in soft drinks.
