| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种双通道USB限流开关，通过软启动电路能有效的减小热插拔过程中产生的巨大尖峰电流。并针对USB系统工作时可能出现的意外情况，通过限流开关内部电路实现过流检测、过流保护、欠压锁定和过热保护功能。理论分析和仿真结果表明，整个设计获得预期的结果。

| Abstract: | A dual port USB power switch and overcurrent protection circuit is designed in this paper.It can effectively reduce the peak current during the hotplug in processing with the soft start circuit. This paper pays more attention to analyze the accidental conditions of the USB system, and the circuit can detect the overcurrent condition and realize the overcurrent protection, under voltage lockout and over temperature protection. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis. |
