摘    要:本文以短周期(≤10小时)高转化(70±2%)E-SBR-1500的合成为目标,在对比不同氧化—还原引发剂聚合活性的基础上,研究了氯化剂/还原剂配比、电解质、乳化剂、硫醇和聚合温度对聚合速度的影响,为确定合成配方和加料方式提供了基础数据。

Abstract:In order to increase the conversion of Bd-St within shorten period in the emulsion copolymerization of butadiene and styrene, the effect of the mole.ratio of Oxidant/Reducing agent,emulgent,the kinds of electrolytes,polymerization temperature and mercaptan on the copolymerization rate were investigated based on the polymerization activity of different Redox system. After that the fundamental data for polymerization recipe and feeding method of synthetic E-SBR-1500 was suggested.
