摘    要:研究了0.75PNN-0.25PT弛豫铁电陶瓷钙钛矿结构的形成及其介电性能,结果表明,通过添加过量镍可以有效抑制焦绿石相的生成,获得单相钙钛矿结构,从而获得优异的介电性能。

Abstract:Phase formation and dielectric properties of 0.75PNN 0.25PT relaxor ferrelectric Ceramic was investigated.The results showed that the addition of excess Ni(Ac) 2 was found to restrain the generation of pyrochlore phase and resulted in pure perovskite phase.A relaxor ceramic with good dielectric properties was obtained.
