| Abstract: | The status and significance of piezoelectric ceramic metal composite in piezoelectric composite materials are described in this paper.The basic construction is introduced.The basic principle is discussed briefly from two aspects:piezoelectric effect and anti piezoelectric effect.Its applications in hydrophone,actuator,tactile sensor and accelerometer are introduced.The further study and development are also pointed out. |
