摘    要:从实验结果出发,通过微观分析研究了Mn在SrTiO3双功能陶瓷中的作用以及它对电性能的影响。热重分析和X光衍射的结果说明了MnO2在加热过程中物相和Mn离子价态的变化,得出Mn^2+,Mn^3+,Mn4+共存的结论。

Abstract:This paper studies the effect and influence of Mn on electrical propeties of SrTiO 3 double function ceramics. Accoding to the results from experiments, TGA and XRD, a discussion is made theoretically and some useful conclusions are given. The phase and valence are changed during MnO 2 is sintered, there are Mn 2 , Mn 3 and Mn 4 at the same time in SrTiO 3 ceramics. The Mn is acceptor and helps grain growth. The resistivity of grain, loss tangent and the rate of air hole would be increased if the quantity of Mn is excess. The nonlinear exponent is increased obviously when the quantity of Mn is proper. This is main reason why Mn is used in SrTiO 3 function ceramics.
