压电致动器双向电源研究

摘    要:提出并研究了一种压电致动器电源,它可以实现对压电致动器的从负电压到正电压的双向电压作用,且作用电压可以很高并可不间断连续作用。该电源具有易于实现压电致动器输出自动控制和输出范围大的特点,适宜逆压电效应为基本原理的压电器件在以静态位移输出为主要目的的场合应用。文中论述和分析了这种电源的工作原理和电路实现方法,推导出理论计算公式,并给出了实验结论与应用情况。

Abstract:A bidirectional power supply for piezoelectric actuator was proposed and studied,which can apply high bidirectional voltage to the piezoelectric actuator continuously from negtive to positive.This power supply is characterized by making the output of piezoelectric actuator to be controlled automatically and the range of the output is wide,so that it is suitable to the piezoelectric devices based on the principle of anti piezoelectric effect as well as the application field in the aim of static displacement.The operational principle of the power supply and its circuit are described and analyzed in this paper.The theoretical estimation formulas are derived and the experimental results and applications are given.
