| 摘 要： | 设备故障智能诊断是故障诊断的主要发展方向，本文针对ＳＡＳＪＢ—６０００卷烟包装机故障率高、排故时间长等实际问题，介绍一种将设备状态数据与专家知识相结合的故障智能诊断系统的设计方法，文章讨论了该系统的硬件结构和软件结构的设计，给出一种基于知识和数据的ＳＡＳＩＢ—６０００型包装机故障的智能诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Fault diagnosis of complexdevice has become an issue of very importance in modern industrial process automation. Many methods of fault diagnosis forcomples device were presented, especially,intelligent diagnostic method has beenraplidly developed in recent years. In thispaper, the structure of intelligent diagnosticsystem based on expert system (ES) is introduced. The intelligent diagnostic methodutilizing the data of device status and expertknowledge is discussed for SASIB-6000 tobacoo packager. |
