合金元素对无铅钎料超电势的影响

摘    要:针对目前国内外对无铅钎料的研究,提出了以Sn为基体,添加Cu、Ag、Bi、Sb和RE形成多元合金的无铅钎料,分析了上述五种合金元素对其超电势的影响。Bi对于降低钎料超电势起显著作用,而Ag的加入在小范围内使超电势提高。

Abstract:Base on the studying on lead-free solder in the world,the method was proposed,which add Cu,Ag,Bi,Sb and Re in the compound alloy to obtain Sn based alloy.The effect of adding the five alloy elements on the overpotential was analysed.The results show that Bi can obviously reduce the overpotential,and Ag can enhance overpotential in a small area.
