抽油机井有效功率计算新方法的研究

摘    要:在假设抽油泵内的流体为气液两相均相流动 ,并假设气体分别按等温和多变过程压缩和膨胀的基础上 ,根据抽油泵的理论循环指示图 ,建立了抽油机井气液两相流有效功率与有效举升高度的计算公式。同时根据多相流能量平衡方程 ,进一步证明了所建立公式的正确性。分析结果表明 ,当泵内为气液两相流时 ,抽油机井的有效功率由泵对液体做功所消耗的功率和泵对气体作功所消耗的功率两部分组成 ,对气体作功所消耗的功率不仅取决于抽油泵的吸入压力、排出压力与气体产量 ,而且取决于气体的压缩与膨胀过程

Abstract:By assuming the two-phase fluid in oil well pump flowing in uniform flow pattern, and the gas phase being compressed and expanded respectively in the isothermal or polytropy process, the pump dynamometer load card is drawn. And a new calculating formula of the effective power and effective delivery lift of the gas-fluid flow in the rod-pumped well is set up according to the pump card. According to the equilibrium equation of energy of multiphase flow, the new formula is proved correct. When the pumped fluid contains both gas and liquid, the effective power is comprised of two parts, i.e. the power consumed by compressing the liquid and the power consumed by compressing the gas, and the latter depends on the process of gas expanding and compressing.
