| 摘 要： | 由于受特殊历史环境的影响,我国现行票据制度存在很大缺陷,这无疑对我国票据市场的正常和持续发展造成了阻碍。从票据制度的特征入手,分析我国现行票据制度缺陷,阐述了其对资本市场的影响,并对下一步我国票据制度的改革和完善提出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The big blemish,which is resulted from the influence of special historic environment and exists in China's current note market,causes the hindrance to the normalization and sustaining development of our note market.Starting with the characteristics of our note system,the paper makes an analysis of the blemish,elaborates its influences on the capital market and provides the corresponding advice for the reform and improvement of our note system. |
