摘    要:论述了产品的市场占有率在企业管理中的作用和意义,并依据一定的前提条件,考虑到影响市场占有率的因素,导出了一系列公式;还论述了管理者在各种不同的市场占有率的情况下,应采取何种营销控制策略以及运用市场占有率来衡量企业竞争力的真实性和局限性

Abstract:In this paper,the function and significance of the product market share at enterprise management was stated, and according to given conditions ,considering of the factor influencing the market share, a series of formula was conducted. Problems were also discussed,such as what kind of marketing strategy should be taken by the manager in different kinds of market share and how to use market share to measure the reality and limitation of enterprise competable.
