摘    要:利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS),研究了YL-7000G烟机叶片涂层脱落的问题。结果表明:低温硫腐蚀导致涂层脱落是涂层失效的主要原因。同时,提出长城号涂层在烟机运行过程中应注意的问题。

Abstract:The problem of spray coatings flaked off for YL-7000G turbine blade was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The result shows that low temperature sulfur corrosion is the main reason.Meanwhile,authors put forward attentions in operation process of smoke fan.
