辉绿岩人工骨料破碎试验与研究

摘    要:辉绿岩人工骨料在混凝土的应用国内外都无先例,需要研究解决的第一个难题是破碎问题。文章对辉绿岩人工骨料的破碎试验进行了总结,得出的结论为:辉绿岩属坚硬的岩石,用常规的加工石灰岩人工骨料的设备,无法将辉绿岩加工成设计需要的混凝土骨料;但使用瑞典SVEDALA公司JM1211HD颚式破碎机初碎、S4000C旋回破碎机二次破碎、H4000MC圆锥破碎机三次破碎和B9000巴马克破碎机制砂,即可生产出符合设计或规范要求的辉绿岩人工骨料。

Abstract:The use of diabase artificial aggregate in concrete has not been found at home and abroad,and the first problem to be solved is crushing disbase.Crushing test on diabase artificial aggregate is done to get the conclusion that hard diabase cannot be processed into concrete aggregate as required by conventional equipment processing limestone artificial aggregate,but can be turned into artificial aggregate in compliance with design requirement or standard when initially crushed by Swedish SVEDALA Company's JM1211HD jaw crusher,crushed again by S4000C gyratory crusher,crushed for the third time by H4000MC cone crusher and made into aggregate by B9000 Barmar crusher.
