| 摘 要： | 黄河龙口水利枢纽工程混凝土总量约109万m^3，混凝土最大级配为四级配，砂石骨料总用量约240万t，根据工程需要设置砂石料加工系统，该系统包括采石场和砂石加工厂。其中砂石加工厂由粗碎车间、预筛车间、中细碎车间、筛分车间、制砂车间、半成品料堆、成品暂存料堆、成品料堆及皮带运输机等组成。人工砂石料的生产采用筛分车间和中细碎车间局部闭路流程，其余车间均采用开路流程，制砂车间生产人工砂，各车间及各料仓之间均采用皮带输送机连接，形成一条龙生产。

| Abstract: | The required concrete placement is totaled about 1.09 million m3 for Longkou Water Control Project on Yellow River,with the maximal 4 concrete aggregates gradations and the totaled aggregates demand of about 2.4 million tons.The aggregates processing system is provided based on project requirement,which includes both the stone quarry and the aggregates processing plant.The aggregates processing plant is composed of rough crushing shop,pre-sieving shop,fine processing shop,sieving shop,sands producing shop,semi-finished aggregate pile,temporary piling of finished aggregate,piling of finished aggregate and belt conveyer,etc.For production of the artificial aggregates,the locally closed flow of the sieving shop and the fine processing shop is applied whereas the open flow is provided for all other shops.The artificial sand is produced in the sands producing shop.All the shops and stores are connected by belt conveyers in creating one continuous production line. |
