FRP球形压力容器缠绕机机械联动控制研究

摘    要:提出了一种新型FRP(树脂基纤维增强复合材料)球形压力容器专用缠绕成型设备,并对其机构控制方案和传动链进行了简要介绍;根据球形压力容器平面缠绕原理确定了轮盘有效直径和连杆有效长度的计算方法;分析了伸臂机构的受力状况并提出了机构在正常工作的条件下相关参数的计算方法;对缠绕过程中扩(缩)孔相应的3个参数的调整进行了讨论.实践证明,该机构结构简单,成本低,易于推广.
