| Abstract: | This article involves in two international cities: Shanghai and Berlin. According to the comparisons among histories, positionings and developments between them, the author analyses deeply into the benefits in urban development which come from the German theory "critical rebuilt", and gives some strategies on the solution of contemporary "sur-urbanization" in China. |
