摘    要:基于Pro/E环境求解诸如卫星舱的复杂布局优化问题,需要对3D不规则物体频繁进行干涉量计算,干涉量快速计算已成为实现复杂布局优化的瓶颈。基于Pro/E二次开发,将原实体简化为长方体包围盒和内含基本几何形体(长方体和圆柱)组合的双层逼近模型,实体简化模型干涉量计算归结为对包围盒内含基本几何体的计算,最后可以用Pro/E精确校验。经数值实验表明,该方法对原实体模型的逼近程度和计算耗时的均衡优于包围盒方法、八叉树方法和传统的全人机交互方法。
