圆锥破碎机腔型设计及破碎性能测试分析

摘    要:根据国内外圆锥破碎机新的发展和设计思想,结合传统圆锥破碎机的现状和存在的问题,依据"多碎少磨"的发展方向、层压理论和双金属复合技术,对传统破碎腔进行合理设计,使用效果表明,该设计可大幅度提高破碎效果,延长衬板使用寿命。

Abstract:In line with the latest R &D tendency of cone crusher at home and abroad,combined with the current situation and the existing problems of the traditional cone crusher,this paper constructs a reasonable design out of the traditional grinder based on the development orientation-"more crushing,less grinding",the lamination theory and the compound technology of double-metal.The result shows that this kind of design has improved greatly the technical targets of crusher and the service life of linear has also been prolonged greatly.
