基于模糊数据融合的装备故障诊断系统研究

摘    要:武器装备系统各关键装备一旦出现故障而不能及时诊断修复,将对战争结果产生很大影响。依靠单个传感器对机械状态进行监测存在种种限制,需要采用多种传感器对武器装备进行多种特征量的监测(如振动、温度、电压、流量),并对这些传感器的信息进行融合,以提高故障定位的准确性和可靠性。基于数据融合技术,利用直观的温度及振动信息对装备的故障进行诊断,分析其某个元器件出现故障的可能性。

Abstract:If the key equipments of weapon equipment system gould not be diagnosed and maintained in time, it would make big influence on war. According to the limits of sensor on monitoring on machine, adopt multi-sensors to monitor features, such as vibration, temperature, voltage and flux. Then, fuse the sensor information to improve the veracity and reliability of fault orientation. Based on data fusion technology, use temperature and vibration information to diagnose the equipment fault and analyze the fault feasibility.
