熔铜竖炉的设计

摘    要:结合山东阳谷祥光工程的实践,阐述竖炉的结构形式、燃烧系统、炉体冷却系统、给料系统和耐火材料等,着重论述结构形式与功能的相适应、竖炉的工作原理、烧嘴的布置方式、炉内气氛的控制、炉体冷却方式、耐火材料的选定以及炉体膨胀缝的设置等。

Abstract:This paper describes the structure, combustion system, cooling system, charging system and refractory material of the furnace combining the practice of Shandong Yanggu Xiangguang project, with the emphasis on the adaptability of structure and function, working principle of the furnace, collocation of burners, inner ambi- ence control of the furnace, cooling manner, selection of refractory and collocation of furnace expanding slot.
