摘    要:山西丰喜肥业集团采用杭州林达公司等高压双甲技术,投资1200万元建成一套取代铜洗的双甲流程。装置开车以来运行平稳,CO转化率达96%~98%,合成氨日产量提高40t,并节约铜、电等耗量,全年创效益500万元。说明双甲工艺改造是成功的。

Abstract:Adopting the iso-high pressure technology of methane-methanol, which is invented by Hangzhou Linda Chemical Technology Engineering Co., Ltd., the Shanxi Fengxi Fertilizer Group has invested 12 million yuan to build a new plant replacing the existing copper-washing process. This plant has been operating steadily since it was put into production. The CO conversion is up to 96%~98% and the ammonia production has been increased by 40 t/d. The successful revamping saves the consumption of copper and electricity which equals the value of 5 million yuan every year.
