汽车牌照实时几何畸变校正方法

摘    要:经过摄像机摄入的图像会发生几何畸变,给车牌的准确识别带来了困难。针对此问题提出了一套实时几何畸变校正方法。首先对提取出的汽车牌照信息进行预处理;然后提出了一种基于Hough变换和图像分析法提取控制点的实时标定方法;最后通过空间坐标变换和灰度插值完成图像的校正。实验证明,该方法符合汽车牌照图像的特点,具有较好的处理效果。

Abstract:The license image has geometric distortion because of several factors, such as camera location, camera distortion etc. It is difficult to recognize the license. To solve this problem, a series of image rectification procedure which utilize geometric rectification theory in vehicle license recognition system are pointed out. Firstly vehicle license was located and the edge detection and binary conversion were executed. Then real-time calibration was proceeded in which we used the calibration scheme to look for control point coordinate based on the Hough transform and image analysis method. Finally image correction was realized in geometrical transform and bilinear gray interpolation method. The experimental result affirms that this method is effective to the image of vehicle license.
