| 摘 要： | 介绍济钢采用钒氮合金微合金化工艺生产HRB400钢筋的情况。研究了钒氮微合金化对钢筋组织、性能的影响,分析了钒氮微合金化的化学成分与力学性能的关系。研究结果表明,使用钒氮合金生产HRB400钢筋的工艺是可行的。

| Abstract: | VN-mircoalloying is applied to produce reinforced bar HRB400 in Jinan Iron Steel Group. The effect of VN-microatloying on the microstructure and properties of reinforced bar, the relationship between the chemical composition of VN and its mechanical properties are investigated. The results showed that it is feasible to adopt VN-microalloying for producing reinforced bar HRB400. |
