摘    要:沉没辊辊印缺陷属于镀层缺陷,产生因素很多,结合武钢生产经验,以及对生产中产生缺陷的检测分析,对该缺陷的成因进行探讨,提出控制缺陷的方法,主要包括:控制带钢入锌液板温、优化稳定锌液成分、改进沉没辊沟槽形貌等。

Abstract:Bath roller mark, a kind of coating defects of strip arisen on continuous galvanizing line, is caused by the deposition of zinc dross in the bath roll groove,which stick to the surface of strip. It can be influenced by many facetors, such as the disturbance of zinc liquid temperature, zinc liquid compositions and strip tension, etc. In this paper, these factors are discussed on the basis of rollling production experiences obtained by WISCO. The measures to release or eliminate the defects, including control of strip temperature entering into zinc pot, optimizing zinc liquid compositionts and improving the status of bath roller.
