橡胶沥青温度敏感性评价方法研究

摘    要:采用针入度指数(PI)法,针入度黏度指数(PVN)法,复数模量指数(GTS)法分别对基质沥青、SBS改性沥青以及橡胶沥青的温度敏感性进行了评价.结果表明:采用PI和PVN评价SBS改性沥青和橡胶沥青的温度敏感性存在局限性;采用GTS评价橡胶沥青的温度敏感性更加合理,但仍存在不足.分析上述3种评价方法后,认为采用基于存储模量及损耗模量温度敏感性的复数指数(CNI)法来评价橡胶沥青的温度敏感性更具实用性.

Abstract:Penetration index(PI), pen vis numbers(PVN) and complex modulus index(GTS) were used to assess the temperature sensitivity of base asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and crumb rubber modified asphalt(CRMA) to determine whether these indicators were suitable for the CRMA. The experiment results show that PI and PVN have limitations to evaluate the temperature sensitivity of crumb rubber modified asphalts. On the contrary, results from GTS are found to be more reasonable though this method still has some shortcoming. Based on the analysis of different evaluation methods, complex number index(CNI) is proposed to evaluate temperature susceptibility of CRMA.
