RH精炼过程温降规律的研究

摘    要:为了掌握RH精炼过程钢水温降规律,进而确定合理温降制度,对唐钢生产硅钢时RH处理过程的不同阶段温降速率进行统计分析;结合RH处理过程影响钢水温降的吹氧、合金化等因素,得到了RH处理过程温降计算模型。通过生产数据进行验证,RH精炼过程温降误差为±5℃的准确率为78.57%。

Abstract:In order to determine reasonable temperature drop parameters in RH refining process to produce silicon steel in Tang Steel, the speed of temperature drop in different stages of RH refining process is analyzed with statistic data. A mathematical model of temperature drop of RH refining process is developed and tested with measured temperature. The results show that the accuracy for predicting the temperature drop of molten steel in RH process is 78. 57 % with average errors in ±5℃.
