600 MW超临界锅炉中间点温度仿真与控制

摘    要:超临界锅炉中间点温度为控制主蒸汽温度的超前信号,同时也是水冷壁超温保护的重要参数.利用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)对中间点温度进行建模仿真,并在MATLAB环境下编程寻优,确定正规化参数和径向基核参数.通过中间点温度优化模型获得水煤比、机组负荷和中间点温度三者关系的三维图,可以指导超临界锅炉中间点温度的现场调节与控制.

Abstract:The intermediate point temperature of supercritical boiler is the ahead-signal for controlling main-steam temperature and the significant parameter for preventing over temperature in water-wall.The Least Square Support Vector Machines(LS-SVM) is proposed to construct the model of intermediate point temperature.Normalizing parameter and radial basis kernel parameter are selected by the programming optimization under MATLAB environment.The three-dimension graph among the ratio of water to coal,power loads and the intermediate point temperature is acquired by the optimal model based on LS-SVM.The simulation results show that the three-dimension graph can be applied in regulation and control for the intermediate point temperature in supercritical boilers.
