SiO_2-Al_2O_3纳米杂化聚酰亚胺薄膜的结构和性能

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SiO2-Al2O3不同质量分数杂化聚酰亚胺薄膜。分别用傅立叶变换红外光谱、原子力显微镜及介电谱对薄膜的表面形貌、化学结构和介电性能进行了测试和表征。实验表明:SiO2-Al2O3无机组分的引入大大提高了薄膜的介电性能,而且SiO2-Al2O3无机组分的组成对薄膜的性能也有一定的影响。

Abstract:A series of hybrid polyimide film with different mass fractions of SiO2-Al2O3 were prepared by sol-gel approach. Surface morphology,chemical structure and dielectric property of the film were measured and characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscope (FTIR), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) and dielectric Spectra. The experiment shows that incorporating SiO2-Al2O3 inorganic component into polymer resin can raise greatly dielectric properties of the hybrid film. Mass fraction of SiO2-Al2O3 inorganic component has effect on properties of film.
