摘 要: | 热力系统腐蚀、结垢不仅会影响机组的安全经济运行,严重时会大大降低设备的使用寿命。分析和防范热力系统腐蚀、结垢事故的发生,是火力发电厂化学监督的一项重要内容。针对某电厂亚临界直流机组热力系统的腐蚀、结垢情况进行了分析探讨,并提出了解决办法。

Abstract: | The corrosion and scaling of thermal system can influence the unit's safe and economic operation and also greatly shorten the service life of the equipment.It is an important content of chemical supervision for power plant to analyze and prevent the corrosion and scaling of thermal system.Based on the analysis and discussion of the corrosion and scaling of thermal system for subcritical once-through unit in a power plant,the solutions are presented. |
