| 摘 要： | 个体之间的智商水平差异不大,而真正有差异的是非智力因素.因此,非智力因素的培养关系到个体的健康成长和成才,文章从需要、动机、兴趣、意志品质、良好性格等着手,对在体育教学中如何培养和提高大学生的非智力因素进行了探索和研究.

| Abstract: | There is little difference between individuals in the aspect of IQ, and the real difference is the non-intelligent factors. Therefore, the cultivation of non-intelligent factors relates to the healthy growth of college students. In this paper, the writer focuses on the study on how to cultivate and improve the non-intelligent factors of college students in the aspects such as demand, motivation, interest, will quality and nice character, and so on. |
