摘    要:介绍了南车四方机车车辆股份有限公司动力分厂空压站使用PLC、变频调速技术改造原控制系统的设计方案,包括控制系统的硬件设计、程序设计和触摸屏的组态设计等。三菱FX系列小型PLC通过MODBUS通信可以控制ABB大功率变频器ACSS00的启停、给定参考速度,并可以读取变频器的主要运行参数。通过现场传感器采集的测量信号可以进行模拟量闭环模糊PID调节,可实现空压机的恒压供气和空压机机组温度的测量及控制。

Abstract:By analyzing the technology transform demands and control principle of the air compressor station, a detailed design plot of air compressor station control system based on FX serial PLC, inverter and MODBUS communication is introduced, including hardware design, program design, and communication realization, etc. Through MODBUS communication the high power ABB ACSS00 inverter can be controlled by the Mitsubishi FX series PLC. Meanwhile, the main running parameters of the inverter can be read back to PLC. The automatic adjusts of the whole process of air pressure and temperature by loops fuzzy PID is met, and an automatic operation can be achieved. It has proved that high reliability and stability can be got in practice.
