组合菌种发酵制备酒糟饲料的研究

摘    要:利用选育的降解纤维素霉菌(CM-4)、酵母菌(Y-7)、产酯霉菌(EM-3)进行组合发酵试验,制备酒糟蛋白饲料,探讨菌种组合和培养条件对酒糟发酵的影响。试验结果表明,混合酒糟粉100克,麸皮10%,豆饼粉5%,硫酸铵3.0%,pH5.5,接种菌液9%,含水量50%以上,在30℃条件下培养4天,发酵饲料粗蛋白由19.63%提高到29.71%,粗蛋白增幅为5i.35%,粗纤维由19.55%降低到14.51%,粗纤维降幅为25.78%,总糖含量为8.55%,发酵饲料具有明显的酯香,饲料适口性更佳。

Study on the Production of Feed from Wine Dregs by Multiple Bacteria Fermentation

Abstract:The cellulose-decomposing mold strain (cm-4) ,yeast strain (Y-7) and ester-producing mold strain (EM-3) screened was used to experiment of multiple bacteria fermentation. The protein feed from wine dregs was obtained and the effects of strain combination and the culture condition on fermentation were studied. Results show that, the mixed wine dregs powder 100g, wheat bran 10%, bean cake-powder 5%, (NHa)2SO43.0%, pH 5.5, the inoculation medium 9%, water content more than 50%, 4 days culture at 30~C, the content of crude protein in the formentative feed increases from 19.63% to 29.71%, the amplitude of the crude protein increase of the structures reaches up to 51.35%, the content of crude fiber decrease from 19.55% to 14.51%, the crude fiber decrease by 25.78%, the total sugar content is 8.55%,the fermented feed has rich ester fragrance and better palatability.
