钛合金深孔钻削刀具的研究

摘    要:针对钛合金材料的难加工特性,选择了几种目前国内常用的硬质合金材料,并优化选择不同的钻头几何参数,进行了深孔钻削试验,通过对试验结果进行分析,确定出适合加工钛合金材料的深孔钻用刀片材料和几何参数。

Abstract:According to the feature of titanium alloy, which is difficult to cut, several cemented carbide tool materials, which are widely used in China at present, are selected in the tests of machining the titanium alloy workpieees. Different sets of the geometrical parameters of the drilling bits are chosen and optimized, and then deep hole drilling tests are carried out. The suitable tool materials and the optimum geometrical parameters of the bit for drilling deep hole in titanium alloy have been determined through analyses of the tested results.
