| Abstract: | Assembling capacitor bank now is used widely in power system. This paper introduces some operating failure of capacitor bank in power system, analyzes the causes of such failures and ways to solove. Especially on the failure causes due to voltage differential relay protection, reason and treatment methods leading to operation failure are introduce in detail. This paper also makes some proposals on protecition relay setting in power system and on manufacturer. |
