电炉冶炼不锈钢1Cr12Mo脱磷工艺的试验

摘    要:工业生产条件下研究了含Na2CO3渣对电炉返回吹氧法冶炼不锈钢1Cr12Mo脱磷的影响。结果表明:试验工艺在Na2CO3加入量为每吨钢15kg的条件下,与常规工艺相比较,成品钢中磷含量平均降低0.005%以上,取得明显的脱磷效果;同时金属炉料中磷含量控制范围放宽在0.003%以下,方便了配料,降低了炼钢成本。

Abstract:The effects of Na 2CO 3 containing slag on dephosphorization of the stainless steel 1Cr12Mo refined by post O 2 blowing in EAF have been studied in industrial scale experiments.Results show that prominent results of dephosphorization are achieved and P content in the finish steel products is reduced by 0.005% on an average under the process condition of 15kg Na 2CO 3 addition/ton steel in comparison with the normal operating process. In the mean while the control range of P content in the metal charge is widened to 0.030% and it is thus of great benefit to the charge make-up and cost reduction for steelmaking.
