基于工装保护内孔弧齿圆锥齿轮的热处理新工艺研究

摘    要:弧齿锥齿轮的外形不规则,截面几何尺寸变化大,在热处理冷却过程中各处温差大,易产生热处理变形和金相组织分布不均,硬化层穿透不彻底,在使用过程中传动精度和使用寿命下降。作者在对弧齿圆锥齿轮热处理时,齿轮的内孔采用工装保护,使齿根表面均匀受热、冷却,减少热处理变形,使齿轮硬化层呈全穿透形状分布,达到强化齿轮的目的,从而提高它的传动精度和使用寿命。

Abstract:The shape of the circular tooth bevel gear wheel is irregular, and the geometry size of section is various greatly, the temperature difference is evident here and there in the cooling process of the heat treatment, it is easy to create the heat treatment distortion and the metallurgical structure distributes asymmetrically, the hardened layer penetrates not drastically, thus the drive accuracy and the service life of the circular tooth bevel gear wheel appears to descend. The authors adopted workholding device safeguard in inner hole of the circular tooth bevel gear wheel during the process of the heat treatment. It makes the dedendum surface be heated and cooled equably, reduce heat treatment distortion, and makes the hardened layer of the circular tooth bevel gear wheel present the shape which penetrated drastically, attain the purpose of strengthening the circular tooth bevel gear wheel. This work can improve the drive accuracy and the service life of the circular tooth bevel gear wheel.
