聚苯胺/二氧化硅复合微粒子的合成研究

摘    要:以盐酸为掺杂剂,采用过氧化钨酸-过氧化氢均相催化一氧化体系,在二氧化硅的存在下使用化学氧化法合成了聚苯胺/二氧化硅复合微粒子。探讨了过氧化钨酸-过氧化氢的用量、掺杂酸浓度以及二氧化硅用量和反应时间对复合微粒子的产率及电导率的影响。使用红外光谱对复合微粒子的结构进行了鉴定,并通过SEM分析对复合微粒子的形态进行了表征。

Abstract:Polyaniline/silica composite particles was synthesized by chemical oxidation of aniline using hydrogen peroxide containing tungstic acid peroxide as a homogeneous catalyst in the presence of silica and hydrochloric acid as the doping acid. The dosage of the oxidant, the molar concentration of hydrochloric acid, the weight ratio of aniline to silica and the reaction time on the yield and conductivity of composite particles were studied. The structure of polyaniline/silica composite particles was identified by FF-IR, and its appearance was characterized with the method of SEM.
