理解·尊重·稳定:编辑退稿的作者意识论

退稿是编辑出版工作中的重要环节,既是一门科学,又是一门艺术,较为集中地反映出编辑主体和作者的关系,体现出编辑主体所持的作者现,一直为人所忽视.编辑退稿应树立理解作者、尊重作者、稳定作者的作者意识:理解作者的投稿心理,把握作者的个体差异,进行换位思考;消除等级观念,尊重作者的劳动;凭情感力量打动作者,以职业形象召唤作者,用信息添加赢得作者,从角色转换看待作者,退稿不退人.

Editor's State of Mind in Returning Paper to Author

Returning papers is an important procedure in editing and publication, which is not only a science, but also an art, reflecting the relationship between editor and author, and embodying the editor's concept of author which is always ignored. An editor should establish the concept of understanding, respecting and comforting the author when returning papers, understanding the author's psychology of sending papers, grasping the individual difference between authors,thinking for others; eliminating the class-division concept, respecting the author's work; moving the author by emotional power, attracting the author by adding the information, treating the author by the role transposition, returning papers rather than refusing people.
