| 摘 要： | 为了确保海上稠油油田顺利投产及生产管理，避免因油稠、易出砂造成的井下和地面设备损坏从而引起生产中断，根据海上稠油油田的特点，提出了采用变频启泵投产、投产初期对油井重要参数进行动态跟踪和分析、投产后为油井确立合理的生产制度及生产过程中采取控制生产压差生产、实施出砂管理等一系列投产和生产管理方法。结合南堡35—2油田的投产和生产管理实践，证明提出的油井投产和精细化管理方法对油井顺利投产、降低油田操作费用及提高海上稠油油田的采收率很有效，值得借鉴和推广。
