铜镉渣提取镉绵工艺研究

摘    要:为满足真空精炼对镉绵含镉大于80%的要求,对铜镉渣提取镉绵工艺进行优化研究。实验结果表明,经工艺优化后镉绵含镉达80%以上,含锌小于4%,可满足后续镉绵真空精炼对原料的要求,同时可实现铜镉渣综合回收利用,减少镉污染。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of vacuum refining that the grade of cadmium sponge is more than 80%.Process optimization research of extracting cadmium sponge from copper and cadmium residue was implemented.The results showed that under the optimization process,cadmium content of cadmium sponge was more than 80%,and that of zinc was less than 4%,which could meet requirement of the follow-up working procedure,so the comprehensive utilization of the residue was achieved,and the cadmium pollution was reduced...
