粒度精确分级筛的动力学建模和隔振性能分析

摘    要:介绍了一种新型粒度精确分级振动筛的结构及其工作原理,以该振动筛为研究对象,建立了该系统5自由度的动力学模型,并重点分析了其隔振性能,讨论了隔振系数ηc与刚度比ζ和质量比μ之间的关系,为更好地设计和制造隔振装置奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The structure and working principle of a new kind of size–grading vibrating screen were introduced.The 5 degree freedom dynamic model of this vibrating screen was developed.The vibration isolation performance of this system was analyzed,and the relation between vibration isolation coefficient ηc and ration of rigidity ζ as well as the mass ration μ was discussed,which provided a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of vibration isolation mounting.
