从钕铁硼磁体废料制取氧化钕的研究

摘    要:采用硫酸-复盐法从钕铁硼磁体的废料中制取氧化钕产品。实验结果表明,氧化钕的纯度大于95%,产品回收率大于85%,其它的工艺技术经济指标较高。该工艺技术是稳定可行的,推广到工厂应用具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Nd 2O 3 is produced from waste Nd-Fe-B material by using sulfuric acide-multisalt method. The test results show that the purity of Nd 2O 3 recovered is more than 95% and the recovery is more than 85%, other process and economic data are also better. This technology is feasible and stable. The application of this process technology in industrial production is also feasible.
