| 摘 要： | 水力旋流器在选矿厂分级设备中占有重要地位，与螺旋分级机相比，它具有体积小、分级效率高等优点，但使用时会遇到更多问题。本文结合水力旋流器应用的经验和教训，对水力旋流器进行了理论探讨，分析了在使用过程中出现的问题及其原因，并提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | Hydrocyclone occupies an important position among the classifying equipments in a mineral processing plant.Compared with spiral classifier,it has many merits such as small volume, high efficiency,and so on.However,applying hydrocyclone is facing much more troubles. On the basis of the successful applying experience and confusing questions,theoretical study on hydrocyclone is made,some problems in application of hydrocyclone are analyzed,and some concrete suggestions are put forward. |
