高粘度物料的强化传热技术

摘    要:文章指出强化高粘度物料传热的技术途径主要是提高高粘度物料与管壁间的给热系数。分析了几种典型的置换型强化元件。在此基础上提出了强化高粘度乳化炸药乳胶体传热的有效方案,即用管代替片或丝来设计制造强化元件。能更加有效地提高换热设备的热效率。

Abstract:In this paper,it is pointed out that raising the giving heat coefficient between the high viscous material and the pipe wall is the key technical route to strengthen heat conductivity of high viscous material.On the basis of analyzing several typical replaceable elements,the efficient measure,i.e.,using pipes instead of pieces or wires as the enhancing elements,which can promote the efficiency of heat more effectively,was put forward to strengthen the conductivity of heat of emulsion explosives with high viscosity.
