玉米氧化淀粉胶粘剂的改性研究

摘    要:针对氧化淀粉胶粘剂初粘力低、干燥速度慢、稳定性差、抗水性差等缺点进行改性研究。采用碱熟法工艺,研究了高分子活性树脂SAW-430、二次片碱用量变化对玉米氧化淀粉胶粘剂性能的影响。改性后的玉米氧化淀粉胶粘剂粘接强度好、糊化温度低、粘度适当、抗水性好。

Abstract:This paper discusses how to improve the performance of oxidized corn starch adhesive, including low green bond, bad consistent glue viscosity, bad water-resistance and slowly dry speed. The adhesive formulation comprises oxidized corn starch, sodium hydroxide, high macromolecule active resin SAW-430. The modified starch adhesive has consistent quality of good viscosity, low gel temperature, good wet tack and water resistance.
