热塑性管对折贴标机设计与研究

摘    要:目的 研制一种适应于热塑性管的对折贴标机,以提高热塑性管贴标效率和贴标质量。方法 结合机械动力学设计基础理论,运用SolidWorks三维设计软件等现代机械设计方法,并根据客户提供的设计要求、功能参数,以及生产现场手工贴标工艺流程,进行贴标机结构设计。最后加工物理样机进行实际测试研究。结果 贴标机能够对直径为5~20 mm内的不同热塑性管进行贴标,据统计该贴标机的贴标速度可达1200 pcs/h,同时每一个贴好的标签基本一致,且表面没有划伤和污染现象,贴标精度和效率明显高于人工贴标。结论 该贴标机满足热塑性管的实际生产需求。

Abstract:The work aims to develop a folding labeling machine suitable for thermoplastic pipes, so as to improve the labeling efficiency and quality of thermoplastic pipes. Combined with the basic theory of mechanical dynamics design, with application of the SolidWorks 3D design software and other modern mechanical design methods, and according to the design requirements and functional parameters provided by the customers as well as the technological process of production site manual labeling, the labeling machine structure was designed. Finally, the machining physical prototype was actually tested and researched. The labeling machine could label different thermoplastic pipes with diameters ranging from 5 mm to 20 mm. According to statistics, the labeling speed of the machine could reach 1,200 pcs/h. In the meantime, each label was basically the same, and there was no scratch or contamination on the surface. The labeling precision and efficiency were significantly higher than manual labeling. The labeling machine meets the actual production demand of thermoplastic pipe.
